"146.83" is a piece I composed and performed as my thesis project for my Degree at SAIC. After completing a degree with a heavy conceptual focus toward art, I desired to create an experience that celebrates the beauty and impact of sound in and of itself. To achieve this, I implemented my research on the math of harmony using whole number ratios, programming languages for sound design, and analog synthesis. The result was an immersion of sound which I believe to manifest some of the ancient inspiration behind the organization of sound and frequency as we understand through math.
